Most Countries in The World Doing Business Easy
The World Bank in November was re-released results of a survey ranking 184 countries associated with the ease of doing business
(doing business in 2011). The ranking is based on the results of an annual routine refers to a number of indicators used to determine the ease of doing business in one country.
Indicators used included the start of business
license, the requirements of building permits,
registering property, ease of getting credit,
protecting investors, paying taxes and other facilities. From the survey results, globally, most easily run business is still dominated by
developed countries with income per capita of
high society, especially member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Meanwhile, the countries most convoluted to do business a lot happening in the area of sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Of these 184 countries, 10 top position has not
changed much, still occupied by the developed
countries. In fact, among the 25 top positions, 18 countries have made steps that increasingly easier for investors to open a business. Two of the top ten spots are Asian countries, namely Singapore and Hong Kong. Singapore, even still occupies the top position as the easiest country to do business.

Sweden at a lot of reforms in the ease of doing business so that its ranking rose from position 18 to 14. The country is lowering the minimum capital requirement for starting a business, and strengthen protection for investors by improving corporate disclosure requirements and improve the rules about the transaction agreement between a number of parties. In some developed countries, online system or e-government has become an important part in providing the ease of doing business. Singapore and Hong Kong to implement a one-stop service to business through an efficient online licensing,
and even have been executed since 2008.
Denmark recently introduced online registration of land ownership. Germany and Singapore were the most rapid in the licensing process for small businesses. In fact, the licensing process for starting a business in Singapore just three days.
